Crafted from two layers of top-grain cowhide, these belts are in a class of their own. The laminated design, in combination with my unique dying process, creates a sturdy, yet slim profile. The edges are trued, hand-sanded and buffed to a glassy-slick finish. The rich color is achieved by submerging the strap into the dye, and applying a coat of Carnauba cream which is then hand-buffed. The Deluxe measures 1 1/2 inches in width. All belts now have 222 (purple) Loctite applied to the Chicago screws. NOT recommended for anything heavier than a compact-size polymer-frame handgun.
